- Any question or dispute concerning:
- Eligibility to participate in the raffle.
- The purchase or validity of raffle tickets.
- The conduct of the draw.
- Selection or announcement of a winner.
- The use or allocation of raffle proceeds.
- The Wanderlust Edit is entitled to rely upon confirmation from the raffle organiser as to the identity of the person validly awarded each voucher.
- Once a voucher has been validly awarded to a raffle winner, The Wanderlust Edit Ltd will honour that voucher in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- The donation of the voucher does not constitute a cash donation to ARCA or ARIIC, and The Wanderlust Edit has no responsibility for the subsequent use or allocation of raffle proceeds.

- The voucher does not guarantee the availability or price of any particular:
- Destination.
- Flight or other transport.
- Hotel or accommodation.
- Cruise.
- Holiday package.
- Travel service or experience.
- The booking will also be governed by the terms of the applicable supplier, principal or package organiser.
- The relevant booking terms will be provided before the holder confirms the booking.
- If there is any inconsistency between these voucher terms and the booking terms, these terms will govern use of the voucher, while the booking terms will govern the travel arrangements.
11. Cancellations and amendments
- Once the booking has been confirmed, any cancellation or amendment requested by the traveller will be subject to the applicable booking and supplier terms.
- Cancellation or amendment charges may apply.
- Unless required by law, the voucher will not be refunded, reinstated or reissued where the traveller:
- Cancels the booking.
- Changes the booking.
- Fails to travel.
- Does not use part of the confirmed travel arrangements.
- If a supplier or organiser cancels or significantly changes a booking and a refund or other remedy is due, the voucher-funded portion will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant booking terms.
- Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right to a refund, alternative arrangement or other remedy.
12. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers
- The holder is responsible for keeping the voucher and its unique code secure.
- Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed vouchers cannot normally be replaced.
- The Wanderlust Edit may consider issuing a replacement where:
- The original voucher can be verified.
- The unique code has not been redeemed.
- Satisfactory evidence of ownership is provided.
- Any replacement decision will be made reasonably and individually.
