Tailored Itinerary Planning

When your trip involves multiple components—like flights, hotels, experiences, transfers or cruises—a planning fee applies. This allows us to dedicate the time needed to craft something truly personalised, drawing on our global network and insider knowledge to elevate every part of your trip.

• A beautifully presented digital or app-based itinerary
• Access to support before and during your travels

Long Weekend (1–3 nights)

Short on time, big on experience. Ideal for spontaneous city breaks, romantic weekends, or wellness escapes.

Short Break (4–6 nights)

• Planning fees are charged per trip, not per traveller
• They are payable once you’re ready to proceed after our complimentary discovery call
• Fees are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future trip if rescheduled within 6 months
